Welcome to BNT Modding Ltd ("we," "our," "us"). By purchasing or using our products and services, you ("customer," "user") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

2. Company Information

BNT Modding Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14550131, with its registered office at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE. 

 

3. Products and Services

We specialize in providing modifications ("mods") for FiveM/GTAV, including:

  • Vehicles
  • Emergency Uniform Packs (EUP)
  • Map Loader Objects (MLOs)
  • Props
  • Development assets

 

4. Usage Rights

4.1 License: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased mods for personal or organizational use within your FiveM/GTAV environment.

4.2 Restrictions:

  • Modification: All vehicles, EUP, MLOs, and props are provided in a locked format. You are prohibited from unlocking, editing, or modifying these files.
  • Sharing and Distribution: Sharing, distributing, or reselling our mods to third parties is strictly prohibited and considered "leaking."
  • Development Assets: These should only be used on locked models and must not be extracted or utilized separately.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All products remain the intellectual property of BNT Modding Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is a violation of applicable laws and will be pursued accordingly.

 

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the product has been downloaded or delivered.

6.2 Consumer Rights: By agreeing to immediate delivery of digital content, you waive your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

BNT Modding Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.

 

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
